RAYAT-BAHRA ROPAR CAMPUS organized an "EXPERT TALK ON GLOBAL TRENDS IN EDUCATION" on Feb. 6, 2017 . Ambassador Dr. Deepak Vohra is currently Special Advisor to the Prime Minister of Lesotho and Guinea-Bissau and to Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils, Kargil & Leh gave insights on Global Mega trends in Education to faculty and students. In his keynote address, Dr. Deepak Vohra stated that median age in India is 27 years and by the year 2020, India will be the youngest country in the world. He stressed on the fact that young generations not only our are present but are also country's future. Around 1000 students from 6 colleges and 2 schools of Rayat-Bahra Ropar Campus attended the talk.
Dr. Suresh Seth, Worthy Campus Director, while welcoming the learned speaker, said that India will emerge as a super power in near future as we have maximum young population of the world.
Dr. Ajay. Goyal, Director-Principal, Engg in his thanks giving speech thanked Ambassador Dr. Deepak Vohra for inspiriting and motivating the students to excel in today's competing world. He further said that it's the paramount responsibility of youth of India to contribute and make our country sound and strong on Indian Globe. Dr. Deepak Vohra stated that one must plant trees to make this Earth a healthy place to live for the generation yet unborn.
